1. Introduction
1) The vacuum pumping system is suitable for extracting gas from containers to achieve the required vacuum level. It can also be used in vacuum drying and various vacuum systems that require obtaining vacuum.
2) The transformer vacuum pumping system is particularly suitable for the vacuum pumping operation of transformers.
3) In addition, it can also be used in vacuum industries such as vacuum smelting, vacuum heat treatment, transformer oil purifier, welding, chemical pharmaceuticals, vacuum coating, electronic components, etc., as well as for extracting gases that do not react chemically with vacuum pump oil.
2. Main Parts of ZJ-70 Transformer Vacuum Pumping System:
The vacuum pumping unit consists of the following parts:
1) Vacuum pump: Single pole oil sealed rotary vane pump, the rotor has three rotary vane grooves, and the rotary vanes slide inward
2) Rootspump: The roots vacuum pump uses one pair of "8" type rotors which run in the relatively closed pump chamber by same speed but reverse rotating with a certain fixed space each other, to get suction and exhaust effect by pumping air out from an appointed container.
3) Condenser: The condenser is an air-cooled tube condenser that quickly converts the vapor in the gas into liquid. Ensure that harmful vapors do not enter the vacuum pump and the atmosphere.
4) Pipeline valve: The function of the valves is to connect each parts well, switch and control the air pumping.
5) Electric control system : The electrical control system consists of the AC contactor, motor protector, vacuum meter, control buttons, knobs, indicating lights and other electronic parts.
