Why do we need to use our GDGK-307 for mechanical characteristic testing of circuit breakers?
In some areas, mechanical defects in high-voltage circuit breakers have surpassed insulation defects, becoming the main factor causing circuit breaker failure and affecting the safe operation of the power grid. Use our GDGK-307 for mechanical characteristic testing. This is a common test item in the routine power outage test of high-voltage circuit breakers, aimed at checking whether the operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is in good performance.
Applications
GDGK-307 Circuit breaker analyzer testing equipment is used for testing, analyzing and assessing power system circuit breakers, mechanical characteristics of load switches and isolated switches and other AC high voltage switches, contact resistance, Arcing contacts and vibration characteristics etc.
Main Test Items can be done by GDGK-307 Circuit Breaker Analyzer
1. Closing time, opening time, time spread between poles, time spread between units of one pole, bounces etc.
2. Closing speed, opening speed and average speed test of circuit breaker
3. Measurement of clearance between open contacts, over travel, overshoot travel and total travel.
4. Closing coil current time curve, opening coil current time curve and the maximum coil current test.
5. Test travel time curve, speed time curve and acceleration time curve
6. Measurement of pre-insertion resistance value and pre-insertion ion time
7. Static or dynamic contact resistance measurement.
8. Dynamic resistance time curve and length for arcing contacts measurement
9. Measurement of dynamic resistance curve of circuit breaker fracture
10. Vibration test, including vibration fingerprint curve acquisition, management, and vibration fingerprint curve automatic matching.
11. CO-t1-CO,O-t-CO-t1-CO,CO rated operating sequence verification test.
12 Measurement of CO time (close-open time) and OC time (Opening-Closing time)
13. Graphite contact closing time, opening time, dynamic resistance curve measurement.
14. Measurement of the closing time, opening time, rigid opening/closing speed, synchronization of closing and opening travel, bounce, and metal short circuit time of the 3-channel dual grounding circuit breaker (Optional).
