Characteristics:
Oil treatment of 110KV~750KV transformers on site and vacuum drying of electrical equipment
After the oil is processed, the transformer can be oiled under vacuum conditions.it can also vacuum the transformer,hot oil circulation drying.
The cooling method of whole machine is natural air cooling.
It uses a temperature controller and the temperature can be adjusted between 0 and 65 °C.
It uses photoelectric control device to automatically eliminate foam.
It adopts high and low oil level controller to automatically control oil level.
It uses an over-pressure alarm device. Control the oil discharge pressure ≥0.5MPa, the equipment will alarm.
It adopts heater overheat protection device, the heater is not damaged when the oil supply is reduced or interrupted.
It inlet and outlet ports can be interchanged
It is equipped with oil return device, the flow can be self-adjusted
The oil purifier has a special lifting crane and detachable moving casters
All the above components and devices should be air-cooled.
Transformer Oil Dehydration Process:
1. Transformer oil inlet
2. The primary filter removes large particles.
3. The oil is heated to the set temperature by the electric heater.
4. Vacuum dehydration and degassing.
5. Fine filtration filters out small impurities less than 1 micron.
6. Transformer oil outlet.
