The necessity for regular purification of transformer oil in electrical apparatus
The purpose of filtering transformer oil is to remove moisture and impurities in the oil, improve the electric strength of the oil, protect the paper insulation in the oil, and also improve the physical and chemical properties of the oil to a certain extent.
1)Distribution power transformers are mostly installed in the open air. The insulating oil (transformer oil) is affected by external impurities, contact with air, and high operating temperature of the equipment itself, which gradually deteriorates the quality of the oil. The deteriorated insulating oil (transformer oil) will not have the proper insulation and cooling effect.
2) In order to prevent the safe operation caused by the deterioration of oil quality from being affected. Users should regularly collect oil samples from distribution transformers in normal operation for laboratory analysis, and treat the oil accordingly according to the analysis results. The inspection cycle of distribution transformer oil chemical supervision is stipulated at least once every 3 years.
3) Routine inspection items include acid value, water-soluble acid, flash point, breakdown voltage, and appearance.
Application of ZJA-9KY 9000L/H Vacuum Transformer Oil Treatment Equipment
1)To purify the transformer oil: Remove the water, gas and mechanical particles in the transformer oil.
2)To extract the non-corrosive gas in the container.(Container Volume≤50m3).
3)The parameter of untreated transformer oil:Water content≤50ppm;
Gas content:≤10%;Cleanliness(NAS1638):≤12 grade.
