Battery Charge Transformer Turns Ratio Tester Three Phase Transformer Excitation Current Tester
Introduction
The internal power module in the tester generates the three-phase power or two-phase power, which is output to the high voltage side of the transformer. Then the high voltage and low voltage are sampled at the same time. Finally, the group, ratio, error, and phase difference are calculated.
Features
Application
Since the output voltage is 3-phase or 2-phase voltage, it is directly applied to the high-voltage side, and it is not restricted by the internal wiring of the transformer, and it is suitable for the measurement of the transformation ratio of various connection methods.
GDB-IV Transformer Turns Ratio Tester can output 2 voltages, which enhances the adaptability to transformers of different voltage levels.
The function of measuring the number of turns of the low-voltage coil is added, which can be used to measure the current ratio of the mutual inductance.
LV side and HV side are sampling at the same time, and group, turns ratio, error and phase error are calculated at last.
Parameter's Setting
For the transformer with tap changer, after rated parameter is set, the position of tap changer, tap changer ratio of current position can be determined automatically when measuring. that is, the tap turns ratio.
Fast Speed
Testing time for one group data is 10s.
Repeatability
Three-phase(120°) or two-phase(90°) power supply with stable amplitude and constant phase.
Protection
The output voltage fluctuates at 0 volts, and the overvoltage automatically resets to cut off the output. Reverse protection function.
When the output is overcurrent or overheated, the output is automatically cut off.
Interface
7 inch touch screen, full English menu.
Data Processing
With 2pcs USB port, one for online and it can be controlled and measured by PC, data can be uploaded and saved by EXCEL file, one for inserting USB disk to save data.
