ZJA High Vacuum High Voltage Transformer Oil Purifier is mainly for purify the transformer oil, removing water, gas and mechanical particles in the transformer oil. Also it can pump out the non-corrosive gas in the container which Container’s volume ≤50m3 The ransformer oil water content can which under 50ppm,ransformer oil gas content under 10%, cleanliness less than 12 grade can be purifyied by ZJA transformer oil purifier. The opeartion power is 230V,60Hz, 3phase, 4wires/5wires.

Important Note
During the using process, the connecting bolt of binding posts will be easily loosened because of vibrating. Therefore, after the machine runs 600 hours or after each carry, user should fasten all the binding posts, otherwise, the joints will become loose easily, so the electrical appliances will be damaged easily, such as motor, heater and so on. Please kindly Observe.
Operate the electrical parts according to control panel 3.8
1.2.1 Refer to the machine’s rated current value, using 100A O type copper connecting closed ring to rivet the cables 5 or 5*16mm2.
1.2.2 Connect the power and machine with the 3-phases 4 wire power lines.
1.2.3 Fasten all the binding posts inside the electrical control cabinet.
1.2.4 Rotate vacuum pump, roots pump and oil delivery pump ( If couldn’t rotate by hands then have a running test while on power).
1.2.5 Have electricity and check the phase order: Connect the power switch,connect the air switch, please check the light of “Phase order error”. It means working normally when the lighting is off, not vice versa.
1.2.6 Correct it when the phase order is wrong: Shut off the power and adjust any two phase lines of cable.
Set the rotary switch “manual/automatic” at the position “manual”, press the "Start" button switch. Please refer to the right picture about the manual/automatic operation diagram.
A in B out: V1.1,V5.2 open, V1.2,V5.1 closed; B in A out, V1.2, V5.1 open; V1.1, V5.2 closed.
First check the vacuum pump oil level, it should be between the two scales(or the middle of the sight glass)
Press the “Vacuum pump start” button, after that, press the “ Vacuum pump stop” button, repeated three times to observe the running performance of vacuum pump. The vacuum pump should run smoothly. The indicating light of starting vacuum pump is on while the vacuum pump is working and it will be off once the vacuum pump stop working.
Firstly check the oil tank level and the oil cup level of the roots pump. Please be sure that the level is between two scales (or observe the middle part of the observation mirror); Secondly when the vacuum gauge displays value below 4500Pa, please press the “starting roots pump” button and then the “stopping roots pump” button. Repeat it three times; Finally please observe the running performance of the roots pump and make sure it runs perfectly. The indicating light of starting roots pump is on while the roots pump is working.
When the vacuum gauge display value is less than 100Pa, open valve V1.1 and V5.2 according to the connection of the pipelines (Set A as inlet and B as outlet)
Note: Valve operation: closed while the handle clockwise rotation, and opened while counterclockwise; axis parallel to the handle position, the channel is fully open; handle position perpendicular to the axis, the channel is fully closed. The following operation of the valve described is the same with this. Please refer to the valves’ operation photo, see right photo:
To observe the liquid level of the vacuum separation chamber, adjust the frequency of the oil outlet pump's transducer, required inlet oil amount slightly larger than the outlet oil amount is preferred.
Close the heater knob (the closed position of the two-position knob is in the clockwise direction, the stop position is in the counterclockwise direction; the closed position of the three-position knob is in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction, and the stop position is in the vertical direction).
After the temperature up to 60℃, and 3-5 times circulating filtration, please collect oil sample to check from the sampling valve till the treated transformer’s physicochemical indexes is qualified.
