10kV Transformer Dielectric Loss Tester
Why is it necessary to conduct dielectric loss testing on transformers?
The purpose of transformer dielectric loss test is to test the insulation performance of transformers. By measuring the dielectric loss factor tg δ value, the insulation status of transformer oil can be determined to ensure the safe operation of transformers.
Dielectric loss factor tg δ value: For transformers of different voltage levels, there are different standards for the dielectric loss factor tg δ value. For example, when the voltage level of the transformer is 330KV, the dielectric loss factor tg δ value should be ≤ 0.040; When the voltage level of the transformer is ≥ 500KV, the dielectric loss factor tg δ value should be ≤ 0.020.
Main Functions
Large touch screen, easy to operate.
The Transformer dielectric loss tester can be tested using various methods such as internal high voltage, external high voltage, internal standard, external standard, positive connection method, reverse connection method, self-excited method, etc; Under the external standard external high-voltage positive connection method, high voltage (greater than 10kV) dielectric loss can be achieved.
The Transformer dielectric loss tester can accurately measure the dielectric loss and capacitance values of the CVT without removing the high voltage leads of the CVT.
The Transformer dielectric loss tester can use reverse shielding method to measure the dielectric loss value and capacitance value of C0 at the upper end of CVT.
This instrument can also test the dielectric loss and capacitance of fully sealed CVT (capacitive voltage transformer) C1 and C2, achieving simultaneous testing of C1 and C2. This instrument can also test CVT ratio and voltage angle error.
