SF6 (sulfur hexafluoride) gas, as an efficient insulation arc extinguishing gas, is increasingly being used in the power industry. However, its high-temperature decomposition products are toxic (its harm is thousands of times that of carbon dioxide gas).Due to its nature as a greenhouse gas, it has caused inconvenience for the maintenance and repair of equipment using SF6 gas.
Our company has conducted research on various SF6 gas recovery and treatment devices both domestically and internationally, exploring various processes for gas recovery, filling, drying, ventilation, and replenishment of SF6 circuit breakers. As a result, we have designed this SF6 recovery and filling device.

(1) The structure of the device is reasonably arranged and beautiful. Each component has good anti-rust and shock-proof capabilities. It is firmly installed and reliable in use.
(2) The frame material is Q235A, and all pipelines and tanks are made of 304.
(3) The connection, disassembly and assembly of each pipeline of the device and the maintenance of each component of the equipment are convenient and easy to operate.
(4) Compression system: Uses a special SF6 closed compressor, no leakage.
(5) Under various conditions of use, the entire gas circuit system is well sealed.The gas system will not introduce impurities such as oil, air, metal dust, etc. into the SF6 gas.
(6) The vacuum system uses a two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump with a solenoid valve to prevent oil return.
(7) The purification system uses a special filter. The filter is electrically heated and equipped with high-efficiency adsorbent. The purification effect is more significant (no need to frequently replace the adsorbent).
(8) The operating system diagram is clear on the 10" touch screen, with intelligent control and one-key control functions.
(9) The equipment has a built-in spiral heater with patented technology to fully vaporize SF6 and inflate it externally.
