Why do we need use GDQT High Vacuum SF6 Gas Reclamation System?
As an insulating gas, SF6 gas is non-toxic, non-flammable, and has good insulation properties. Its insulation strength is much higher than that of traditional insulating gases, and it has good arc-extinguishing properties, so it is widely used in SF6 electrical appliances. Because SF6 gas is expensive and will decompose to produce toxic components under the action of arc, spark and corona discharge. Therefore, SF6 gas needs to be recovered when applying SF6 electrical equipment.
The GDQT High Vacuum SF6 Gas Reclamation System is a special equipment for recovering and refilling SF6 gas when manufacturing and repairing SF6 electrical equipment.
Function:
Vacuumize and check vacuum pressure of the device and SF6 switch and GIS.
Vacuumize and check vacuum pressure of the liquefaction tank.
Vacuumize and check vacuum pressure of the device itself.
Inflate the SF6 switch.
Recovery of SF6 gas in electrical equipment including water treatment and oil treatment.
Dry and purify the recovered and recharged SF6 gas.
Recovery, liquefaction and storage of SF6 gas in SF6 appliances
Compressed liquid storage of SF6 gas.
