Mechanical characteristic testing of high-voltage circuit breakers is an indispensable part of the production, installation, and commissioning process of switches, and is of great significance for detecting and identifying the mechanical characteristics of circuit breakers. The inherent opening (closing) time, speed and travel, and the quality of the operating power supply (I-U curve of the operating winding) are important parameters for the reliable operation of high-voltage circuit breakers.
Main Features
1. The test items cover all the relevant parameter detection of the mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker
2. A new test method to evaluate the wear status of the arc suppression contacts of the circuit breaker: Arcing contact analysis module allows users to automatically assess the degree of loss of inside Arc suppression contact of circuit breaker without disassembly.
3. The new vibration fingerprint test evaluates the state of the circuit breaker from a new perspective: The vibration fingerprint test results contain richer information of circuit breaker operation, for potential risk of failure or faulty breakers, it can locate the fault position quickly.
4. Integrated contact resistance tester function inside the instrument, reducing repeated investment
5. Envelope drawing and matching function completes the automatic evaluation of the reference mechanical stroke of the circuit breaker
6. Super data management and convenient report making functions make the test process easier
7. GDGK-307 Circuit Breaker Analyzer can measure the parameters of multi-stage circuit breakers with 4 poles in one direction at the same time
8. The vibration tests do not need to change the original line connection, so the users can complete the charged detection of mechanical characteristics of circuit breaker.
