Composition of ZJA Two Stages Transformer Oil Purification Plant with Enclosed Door
The Two-stage Transformer Oil Purification Plant consists of the following parts: coarse filter,fine filter, heater, vacuum separation chamber, vacuum pump, Roots pump, condenser, oil outlet pump,pipeline valve, and electrical control system.
Main control functions:
Constant temperature heating control system
Automatic liquid level control system
Overpressure protection system
anti-injection protection system
Applications of Transformer Oil Purification Plant:
Filter transformer oil: remove water, gas, and mechanical particles from transformer oil.
Extract non corrosive gas from the container. (Container volume ≤ 10m3).

Gas-(Roots pump LC4.1) / Switching valve V4.3 - Condenser LN4.1 - Vacuum pump PV4.1- Air;
Clean Oil - 1st stage atomizer WH3.1 - 1st stage separation tower ZF3.1 - 2nd stage atomizer WH3.2 - 2nd stage separation tower ZF3.2 - Oil outlet pump PO5.1 - Single way valve VL5.1 - Fine filter F5.1 - Exchanging valve.oil outlet valve V5.2-Oil inlet/outlet B-Oil tank.
