Variable Frequency Series High Voltage AC Resonance Test System for GIS Substation Cable Testing
Working Principle
The Variable Frequency Series High Voltage AC Resonance Test System uses the principle of series resonance, uses the excitation transformer to excite the series resonance circuit, and adjusts the output frequency of the variable frequency controller to make the loop inductance L and the sample C resonate in series. The resonance voltage is the voltage applied to the sample.
Main Features
1) The reactor adopts multiple separate designs, which can not only meet the requirements of high voltage and small current equipment test conditions, but also meet the requirements of low voltage AC withstand voltage test, and has a wide scope of application.
2) This AC Resonance Test System is an ideal AC withstand voltage test equipment for global high-voltage testing departments,power installation and maintenance engineering units.
3) The AC Resonance Test System is mainly composed of frequency conversion control power supply, excitation transformer, reactor, capacitive voltage divider, and compensation capacitor (optional).
4) The 5th generation DSP frequency conversion highly integrated technology.
5) It can be connected to an external mouse or computer, and the data can be monitored and read in real time.
6) Working modes: fully automatic mode, manual mode, automatic tuning manual boost mode.
7) Store and print data. The stored data number is a number, which conveniently helps users identify and search.
8) Small size, light weight, easy to operate, the weight of a single piece of equipment is 1/5 of the traditional one.
9) Adopt potting and casting process and use high-strength and high-insulating glass wire to wrap the outer cylinder
